ShinyReel Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to fixed-term access and one-time AI generation packages sold on the ShinyReel website, operated by 嘉兴十一科技有限公司 (Jiaxing Eleven Technology Co., Ltd.). Web purchases do not renew automatically. Purchases made through Apple, Google Play, or another channel must be refunded through that channel under its applicable rules.

2. Delivery of digital services

After payment is confirmed, digital entitlements are delivered automatically to the ShinyReel account used for the purchase. Generation packages are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be used for ShinyReel digital creation features.

3. When a refund may be available

You may request a refund where required by applicable law, or for a duplicate charge, an unauthorized payment, or a successful payment where the digital entitlement was not delivered and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time. When a generation task fails because of a system or provider error, the points used for that task are normally returned automatically to the account balance.

4. Usually non-refundable cases

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, digital entitlements that were successfully delivered and used, requests based only on a subjective preference about a generated result, and account restrictions caused by a breach of the Terms are usually non-refundable. Each request is reviewed using actual usage, technical records, and applicable consumer-protection requirements.

5. How to request a refund

Email googleplay@jxeleven.com with your account email, order number, purchase date, amount, and reason for the request. For web payments processed by Paddle, you may also use Paddle buyer support. Do not send full card numbers or passwords by email.

6. Processing and outcome

We normally respond within five business days after receiving complete information. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; posting time may vary by bank or payment network. After a full refund or chargeback, unused digital entitlements associated with that order may be revoked.
